KLOW extends the GLOW formula with KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. KPV is studied for its ability to dampen NF-κB signalling and inflammatory cytokine release in gut and skin models without the pigmentary effects of full-length α-MSH.
The balance shifts toward inflammation and barrier: 50 mg KPV with 10 mg each of BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu.
